The apartment, covering 65 square meters, is situated on the ground floor and ensures tranquility due to its recent renovation. It features two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious private terrace furnished with an umbrella and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with water, fruit juices, and snacks. A complete set of linens and towels is provided for each guest, along with kitchen supplies. The second bedroom is included for groups larger than four people or for stays longer than five days. If needed, the use of the third bedroom can be requested for stays shorter than five days for an additional fee of 15 euros. Additionally, for those in need of extra linens, they are available at a cost of 10 euros per person, while additional cleaning services are priced at 25 euros.
